Today’s Mind Bullet topic, YOU, builds off the past two episodes. In Nobody Cares, we examined the strange and often damaging beliefs we hold onto, and in Are You Hypnotized? we looked more deeply at the stories we tell ourselves that hold us back. The common denominator, of course, is YOU.

Things don’t change; you change. There is no “out there,” there is only in here. If you want the world to change, changing yourself is the only way. Whatever the problem, “you” is the answer.”

Looking inward is the greatest gift you can give to yourself and the world.
