Today’s Frequently Asked Friday (FAF) tackles a basic yet important question: What’s the difference between habits and rituals?
A ritual is simply a series of habits. For example, your morning ritual may consist of healthy habits such as brushing your teeth, exercising, meditating, and eating breakfast.
Another more subtle distinction: Rituals involve a spiritual quality. Habits don’t often get credit for spirituality, but they too have a spiritual component—after all, there’s nothing more spiritual than the evolution and growth of your character.
