With a background in sales and marketing, Greg went from training and coaching sales professionals to becoming a health coach with OPTAVIA (the professional coaching division of Medifast), which now has over 2000 health coach professionals and partners serving over 80,000 clients.

Burnt out by the corporate grind, Greg reinvented himself, becoming an expert health coach for individuals and corporations as well as a wealth coach for physicians. He has just published his first book, Stoked: A Spiritual Journey from Employee to Lifestyle Entrepreneur.
